Apply to every job that fits. Automatically.
Everyone else is applying to hundreds of jobs. Now you can too: upload your resume once, and ApplyJobs applies to every role that fits — a company’s entire job board, or each new posting that matches your search — with answers from your real experience, sent from your own browser.

Everyone else is already mass-applying
Interview rates are down because application volume is up. Applying by hand to a few roles a week can’t keep pace with people who apply to every role that fits. ApplyJobs gives you the same reach — without spending your evenings on forms.
Every opening gets more applicants
Bulk-apply tools are everywhere now, so a typical posting draws far more applications than it did a few years ago.
Each application is a smaller bet
With more people competing for every role, any one application is less likely to become an interview. When the odds per application fall, the number of applications has to rise.
So apply to every role that fits
ApplyJobs does the volume for you — whole job boards in one go, new postings as they appear — and an AI resume review helps each application land.
Set it up once. Apply as widely as you like.
- 1
Set up once
Upload your resume — we pre-fill your profile from it — and answer the questions employers always ask: work authorization, sponsorship, salary, notice period.
- 2
Choose your jobs
Paste a job link or a company’s whole job board, search our index of open roles, or save a search that applies to new postings for you.
- 3
Your browser applies
Our Chrome extension fills in and submits each application from your own browser, in a background tab. If a site wants a human check, it asks you.
- 4
Pay for what went through
Every application gets a receipt of exactly what was sent. A credit is kept only when the employer’s site confirms it — everything else comes back.
Apply at scale without cutting corners
Apply to a whole company
Paste a company’s Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby job board, pick the kinds of roles you want, and apply to every match in one go — up to 500 at a time.
Search a fresh index
33,082 open roles at 240 companies, filtered by job type, seniority, country and remote. Every board is re-checked every 6 hours, and you can see when.
Saved searches that apply for you
Switch on auto-apply and new postings that match your search are applied to as they appear, while they’re still fresh — up to a daily number you choose.
Answers grounded in your resume
Screening questions come from your saved answers. Free-text answers are written from your real experience and the job description. Nothing is invented.
AI resume review
Your resume is what gets you picked. Get a score, the issues holding it back with a fix for each, and rewrites of your weakest bullet points — tailored to a role if you like. 2 credits per review.
Pay only for confirmed applications
A credit is held when you queue a job and kept only when the employer’s site confirms it. Failed, skipped and cancelled ones are refunded automatically.
What we won’t do
Automation is only worth it if you can trust what goes out under your name. These are built into how the app works, not settings you have to find.
Invent experience
Answers come from your resume, profile and saved answers. If a required question can’t be answered truthfully, it comes to you.
Solve or bypass CAPTCHAs
If a site wants a human check, the extension stops and asks you to finish it.
Charge for applications that didn’t go through
No confirmation from the employer’s site, no charge — the held credit comes back automatically.
Claim you didn’t use AI
Forms that ask you to attest that no AI was used are skipped by default, and never answered falsely.
Opt you into anything
Optional marketing emails and talent pools stay unticked. Self-identification questions default to “decline”.
Apply before you say so
Nothing is submitted until you authorize automated applications — and each one has a receipt of exactly what was sent.
Companies hiring right now
Read from their public Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby job boards. We aren’t affiliated with these companies.
Pay in credits — only for applications that go through
An application on any job site we support costs 1 credit, an AI resume review 2. Bigger packs cost less per credit — down to $0.10. No subscription.
Questions, answered
Why apply to so many jobs?
Because everyone else does. Job seekers now apply in bulk — often with tools like this one — so every opening gets far more applicants than it used to, and any single application is less likely to lead to an interview. Applying to a handful of roles by hand puts you behind. ApplyJobs gives you the same reach: every role that fits your search, applied to with answers from your real experience. The other thing that moves your odds is your resume, which is why we offer an AI resume review too.
Which job sites does it work with?
Jobs whose application form is hosted on Greenhouse, Lever or Ashby — the applicant tracking systems many startups and tech companies use (job-boards.greenhouse.io, jobs.lever.co and jobs.ashbyhq.com, plus Greenhouse’s and Lever’s EU sites). Some companies list jobs there but take applications on their own careers site; we can’t fill those, and we tell you so before anything is charged.
Why do I need the Chrome extension?
Application forms are protected against bots, and automated browsers running in data centers get flagged. The extension submits from your own Chrome and your own internet connection — the way you’d apply yourself — in a background tab. It can only see Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby job pages and ApplyJobs itself, and on job sites it only acts in the tabs it opens — it can’t see other websites or your browsing history. Details are on our security page.
When is a credit used?
A credit is held when you queue an application and kept only when the employer’s site confirms the submission. If the application fails, is skipped, can’t be confirmed, or you cancel it, the credit comes back to your balance automatically.
Will it make things up?
No. Facts come from your resume, your profile and answers you’ve saved. Screening questions — work authorization, sponsorship, relocation, salary, notice period — are answered from your standing answers, never guessed. Free-text answers are written from your real experience and the job description, and the AI is instructed never to invent employers, titles, dates, degrees, skills or numbers. Every answer is checked against the form before it’s used, and required questions we can’t answer truthfully are sent to you.
What does the resume review include?
A score and a one-line verdict, what’s working, the issues holding your resume back — each with a specific fix — and rewrites of your weakest bullet points, plus quick checks on contact details, length and structure. Give it a target role or a job link and it also lists the role’s keywords your resume is missing. Each review costs 2 credits; if a review fails, they come back automatically.
What do saved searches do?
Save any search and switch on auto-apply: when new postings that match appear in our index, ApplyJobs applies to them for you — only postings published in the last 14 days, up to the daily limit you set for that search (default 25, at most 500 a day), within your credits and any per-company limit you’ve set. It never goes back and applies to jobs that were already listed when you switched it on.
Spend your time on interviews, not application forms.
Set up your profile once. From then on, applying is a link, a board or a saved search away.
